VMOU was established by an Act of the Rajasthan State Legislative Assembly in 1987. Currently Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University is offering 3 post graduate diploma courses i.e Financial Management, Human Resource, Management Marketing Management, 1 integrated MBA & one 3 years general MBA program under management courses.
Currently university is inviting application for admission into it's MBA program for January session (2013-2015) & the last date to apply for MBA course has been extended till 15th March 2013.

To be eligible for this course a candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of supervisory / managerial / professional experience or Professional Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine / Architecture / Law or Professional Qualification in Accountancy / Cost and Works Accountancy / Company Secretaryship etc. or A Master's degree in any subject or any fresh graduate with 50% marks from any stream.
Candidate must have qualified a Management Entrance Test organised by VMOU/MAT/CAT/RMAT/ Any other recognized test during last one year to take admission into MBA course. The Entrance Test will be conducted at Ajmer, Bikaner, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota and Udaipur.
