IGNOU BEd Entrance Test Date 2024 | IGNOU B.Ed Entrance Exam

IGNOU is going to conduct an entrance test for its 2 years B.Ed course in the month of August. Candidates who are seeking admission into IGNOU B.Ed course and meet the eligibility criteria can appear in this entrance test to get admission in 2024 admission cycle. All admission into IGNOU B.Ed programme will be done on the basis of IGNOU BEd Entrance Exam.

The IGNOU B.Ed Entrance Test to be conducted on August, 2024.

The IGNOU B.Ed programme is equipped with self-learning material, information technology & personal contacts programme. The course is recognized by the NCTE & being offered in NCTE approved B.Ed Training Colleges of Education in the country.

The total duration of the programme is 2 years and the medium of instruction is English & Hindi only.

Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Take Admission

1. A UGC Recognized bachelor degree or a higher degree with 50% marks.
2. Serving teachers with two years of full-time teaching experience in a Government or Government Recognized Primary/Sec/Sr. Sec School with a registration number.

The reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PH/WW/KM will be as per the government rules. There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks as per GOI.

The Last Date to Submit the filled In application form is 15th July, 2024.

There is no age bar for admission, however, the admission will be made based on the ranking obtained in the entrance exam.

The total fee for the course is approx 20000. The fee is required to be submitted by the mean of demand draft in the first year only.
